Worst experience I ever had with an insurance company..I dealt with 2 different individuals regarding my claim and all were less than pleasant to communicate with..This company is all about hustle not customer satisfaction..Terrible communication and very unprofessional staff! I'll take me business far away from these people.

Mom had an accident and talking to Ian was impossible. Would call him never answer, would send a text and wouldn’t answer. One time they called back Sunday at 9 pm. Changing to another insurance for sure

Worst insurance company around! They lie, the don't return emails or phone calls. My car has been sitting for almost 6 weeks now and they still have not sent payment to get fixed!
